Sherry says, "I stamped tone on tone on the bottom portion of the card. Then I added a semicircle of white cardstock to spotlight the 'party hat', which was made with a Christmas tree, flower and scroll stamp.  I love the versatility of GGS stamps!"

I like how Sherry trimmed the dotted stamp into "ribbon", even notching the ends. She says these cards were inspired by a card in a Stampin' Up! catalog. This is a great  design for using up some of your colorful scraps of cardstock.
